ALARA 2024 Australasian ConferenceThe Early-Bird registration for the ALARA - UTS conference closes next Monday! The programme includes thirty papers, workshops and other activities. The list of accepted proposals are on the conference programme page, where the final programme will be closer to the conference start date. Please let your colleagues know or downloading the flyer and pass it to your colleagues. Early bird prices are $400 for attendance at UTS and $300 for virtual attendance. The registration price includes one year's membership of ALARA. ALARA Annual General Meeting and ElectionsALARA will hold its AGM at the 2024 conference - the first face-to-face AGM since 2017 - although it will continue to be also conducted electronically. Details about the AGM are available on the Notice of the AGM page. If you have any questions about the meeting, please email ALARA. The Notice of the AGM page also includes a call for nominations for positions on the Board and Committees Group. Nominations close at 9.00 am Sunday 29 September (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Nominations for the Board positions can be made on this nomination form, while nominations for Committee Group positions can be made on this nomination form. WebinarOne of the suggestions made at our recent meetings of volunteer supporters was a webinar series in 2025. We are developing a list of webinars, and we seek any suggestions of possible presenters. If you have suggestions, or wish to present a webinar, please email ALARA. Action Learning / Action Research CalendarThe ALARA webpage with Action Learning and Action Research news and events continues to be updated, as does the AL / AR calendar of events.
