Action Learning, Action Research Association Ltd, Royal Roads University, Canada, Auckland University of Technology SPRINZ and University of Technology Sydney invite you to hear about and discuss the findings of the Evaluative Study of Action Research (ESAR) with key members of the research team and discuss its implications for your own work.

The Evaluative Study of Action Research (ESAR) is a meta-evaluative study of multiple Action Research (AR) projects. It was conceived because of an identified need to better understand the complex systems that sit behind AR studies. The ESAR aims to examine processes, outcomes and impacts of AR on a global scale. The ESAR comprises a nine-strong research team from New Zealand, Australia and Canada, who have combined to conduct rigorous, mixed methods research whilst also holding and applying deep experience with AR principles and values.
