2024 Conference Registration Form

Individual Conference Registration

Thank you for wishing to attend the ALAR Association / UTS 2024 Conference at on 7 & 8 November 2024 (Eastern Australia Daylight Time).

To attend the conference, please:

1. complete the relevant details below
2. select Submit to send your registration details to ALAR Association
3. once you have submitted your details, make the appropriate payment.

Please note: Your registration will not proceed until ALAR Association has received your payment.

If you are attending virtually, you will receive an email the day before the conference with the Zoom details. Please ensure you use the email address and name that you registered when you open the Zoom link.

By submitting this form, you agree that:

• All details supplied on this form are true and correct,
   
• You, and any person for whom you are registering, understand that if attending the conference virtually, Action Learning, Action Research Association and University of Technology Sydney will use Zoom video-conferencing software and that
  • It is your responsibility (and the responsibility of any person for whom you are registering) to have adequate computer equipment, including camera and microphone, internet connection and associated arrangements to participate in the conference, and
  • Action Learning, Action Research Association and University of Technology Sydney cannot guarantee transmission of the conference to that equipment's location, and cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from disconnection of the transmission at that location,
     
• You understand and agree that the conference will be recorded and that the images, voices and actions of all participants attending may be recorded,
   
• You understand and agree that Action Learning, Action Research Association may use the recordings of the conference to educate and support people interested in action learning, action research and may make the recordings available to the general public via the internet at any time,
   
• You agree to Action Learning, Action Research Association providing your given name, family name, organisation / institution, email address and country in a list of participants for this conference that it distributes to those participants
  (Note: Action Learning, Action Research Association cannot control what those participants do with the information),
   
• You accept ALARA's Privacy Policy, and
   
• You are the person for whom this registration is submitted and you fully accept all of these conditions, or if you are submitting the form on behalf of another person, you are certain that the person for whom you are acting understands and fully accepts all of these conditions.
