Published ALAR Journals

Action Learning, Action Research Association Ltd (ALARA) publishes the Action Learning and Action Research Journal (ALARj) twice each year (with some exceptions). The ALARj contains project reports, reflections on seminars and conferences, articles related to the theory and practice of AL, AR and related approaches, and reviews of recent publications.

The ALARj is available online to financial members of ALARA through the Online Journal Service (OJS). Members can also access the Informit database in which the Action Learning and Action Research Journal is located (Humanities and Social Sciences Collection). The latest issues of the ALARj are available to members here.

We place issues of the ALARj on this website a year after members receive access to them - please see below. If you wish to receive a hardcopy of recent issues (since Vol 18 No 1), you can request a copy by emailing admin [at] alarassociation.org.

If you wish to submit an item for consideration for publication in the ALARj, please look at the guidelines regarding submissions.
