Announcement of Intent to Hold 2024 Annual General Meeting and Call for Nominations

Dear Member

 

The Board of Action Learning, Action Research Association Ltd announces the intention to hold the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held as an electronic meeting between 22 October and 6 November and as a face-to-face meeting at the ALARA-UTS 2024 Conference in Sydney on Thursday 7 November 2024. The face-to-face meeting on 7 November will also be available for video conference (via Zoom) if members register to attend via Zoom. Members may participate in either or both of these two parts of the meeting (but may vote only once).

Three positions on the Board and seven positions on the Committees Group become vacant. Financial Members are invited to nominate for the vacant positions or to propose non-members who will be willing to work with ALARA in these important positions. Nominations must be made on the nomination forms and received by Sunday 29 September 2024 (9.00 am Australia Eastern Standard Time).

Committees Group vacancies:

  • Indigenous AL / AR Coordinator
  • Marketing Coordinator
  • Membership Coordinator
  • Publications Co-ordinator
  • Streams Coordinator
  • Volunteers Coordinator
