Strategic Planning 2020 - 2025

 

 

The Board members of Action Learning, Action Research Association Ltd (ALARA) have decided to develop a strategic plan for the next three to five years. The existing strategic plan, created by ALARA Inc., was for the period up to the end of this year.

 

 

We would like to gain your input as part of the planning. I encourage you to reply to the following questions by Friday 24 May 2019:

 

 

  • What has ALARA done well over the last four years?

  • What could ALARA improve on in coming years?

  • What do you want from ALARA into the future?

You may have other comments you wish to provide for the Board to consider during this planning session.

 

You may also wish to participate in the actual planning session, scheduled for the morning of 15 June in Melbourne, Australia, either by being present, or via video-conference. If you wish to be involved, please advise me a.s.a.p.
