2016 Annual General Meeting
The 2016 AGM of ALARA Inc will be conducted as an electronic meeting. It will commence on Thursday 1 September and conclude on 14 September 2016 (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
Financial members will be asked to complete a simple form indicating their votes for items on the agenda, and to send that form to ALARA's Administration Secretary during the period when the AGM is open. By returning the form (irrespective of whether votes or abstention from voting is recorded on the form), the Financial Member will be recorded as an attendee at the AGM. The Management Committee encourages all Financial Members to participate in the AGM by using and returning the voting form.
