ALAR Journal

Through the Action Learning and Action Research Journal (ALARj), we promote the study and practice of action learning, action research and related approaches, and action learning and action research networking on a global basis. There are two issues of the ALARj each year.

The ALARj contains project reports, reflections on seminars and conferences, articles related to the theory and practice of action learning, action research and related approaches, and reviews of recent publications. It aims to be highly accessible for readers, contributors and practitioners.

A subscription to ALARA can provide authors with the opportunity to be mentored or supported through the publication process. This is a great offer if you are a research student, an early career researcher or someone who would like a little extra support with the development of your research article/publication. To find out more about the ALARj, please see our Publications page.
